We build agentic AI around a job your company already runs.
A2FF Digital is an AI agency in Hong Kong. We study how one of your jobs runs today, then prepare its material and rules. We build the agentic AI workflow around that job.
What is agentic AI?
Agentic AI is software that takes an outcome you set and works through the steps towards it. It plans the work, gathers what it needs and pauses when a person must decide.
Most people have already used generative AI: you prompt it to write or draw one piece, then prompt it again for the next. The difference between generative AI and agentic AI is who moves the work from one step to the next.
Where agentic AI applies in a company
If a job follows an SOP, it can become an agentic workflow. Here are five jobs a workflow can be built around.
A supermarket with thousands of products wants regular articles based on selected products and research. A2FF prepares the product data and research sources, then builds an AI agent that writes articles from them under the brand’s rules.
Every tender asks for much the same things in a different order: background, method, past work and references. A2FF prepares past submissions and approved answers, then builds an AI agent that drafts each section from them.
Incoming terms arrive in a different shape every time. A2FF prepares your standard clauses, then builds an AI agent that compares the incoming terms with them and marks where they differ.
Many enquiries repeat questions your company has answered before. A2FF prepares the manuals, product notes and past replies, then agrees with your team which questions the AI agent may answer, and builds the agent to draft replies from that material in your company’s wording.
A rule change has to reach the handbook, FAQ and training material. A2FF prepares all three, then builds an AI agent that finds the old wording and drafts the updates.
In each example, the prepared material and rules belong to your company and stay in its own separate space. For writing, that space can be Tandra AI.
AI is already in your company
Staff may already be using AI tools on their own, even where no company AI system runs yet. Without a plan, company material can enter tools nobody approved. The company then loses the record of how each finished piece was made.

What a company needs to run AI
An AI workflow needs six layers in place before it can work through the steps of a job.
01Policy
who may use AI, for what
02Knowledge
your own material, prepared
03AI gateway
every request to the AI, checked
04Model
the part that answers
05Orchestration
the steps, in order
06Agents and tools
each step worked through, recorded
Rules, data and work in an AI transformation
Putting the six layers in place takes four stages, beginning with the rules and data. Those first two stages come before the workflow is built.
Rules
68%of companies that were breached had no rules for AI use
The AI governance framework sets out who may use AI, what work it may handle and which risks need review. It records the rules your legal team confirms. The framework is not a certification against any standard.
IBM, with the Ponemon Institute, found in 2026 that 68% of breached organisations had no AI governance in place.
Data
92%of companies with an AI-related breach lacked proper AI access controls
The plan records where the working material sits, who may read it and what the agentic AI workflow logs on every run. The workflow uses a prepared copy of your material on A2FF’s own AI system, Tandra or a custom build. Before the build begins, the written terms cover access, retention and testing for security review.

Work
An agentic AI workflow works through the steps of the job, pauses when a person must decide and records every run.
A2FF trains your team on the workflow it built.

What an AI consultation gives you
The consultation gives you a decision pack for an agentic AI programme, with a first job that can be priced before build costs begin. You can then decide whether to fund it and brief the build from agreed requirements.

- Roadmapwhich job to start with, and what comes next
- AI policywritten boundaries for use and approval

Frequently asked questions
Agentic AI is software that takes an outcome you set and works through the steps toward it, pausing where a person must decide. A2FF builds agentic AI workflows on its own system, Tandra or a custom build.
Generative AI is AI that creates new content, such as text, images, audio or video, from a prompt a person writes. It learns from large amounts of existing material, then creates content from what it is given. Common examples include chatbots that write replies and tools that turn a description into an image. Agentic AI is usually built on generative AI, but it chooses and carries out job steps towards an outcome you set.
The difference is who moves the work from one step to the next. Generative AI writes or draws one piece each time a person prompts it. An agentic workflow works through the steps itself and pauses where a person must decide. A2FF builds the agentic workflow around a job your company already runs.
An AI agent is software that uses an AI model to carry out a task on its own. It reads the request, decides the next step and uses its tools, such as searching documents or filling in a form. A person sets which tools and material it may use, and when it must stop and ask.
A company is ready to start when it has a job with a set way of working, the material it needs and written rules. A2FF’s consultation checks the knowledge, rules and work records for that job before recommending a setup.
AI governance names who may use AI, which work it may handle, which records the workflow keeps and where each job needs approval. Your legal team decides which laws apply, including data protection and industry rules, so check with them which records each workflow must keep. A2FF builds workflows that keep those records.
The workflow runs on a prepared working copy of your material. It checks each request before it reaches the model and again on return, then records what each run drew on. An owner keeps each source document current. Your security team reviews the wider terms.
The cost and time of enterprise AI implementation depend mainly on the material to prepare and the teams the first workflow must serve. The consultation defines that job, and A2FF gives a price once the details are known, before any build costs begin.
Whether you need to replace a tool depends on whether it can support the first job you give to AI. A2FF’s consultation starts with your existing tools. Ask for any required change to be named before the build is priced.
Your IT team can build a workflow, but the preparation usually decides whether it works. That means choosing the first job, preparing its material and agreeing who signs off what. A2FF does that work with the people who know the job, then builds the workflow and trains your team to run it.
Companies in Hong Kong can send staff to public AI courses run by training bodies and universities, or bring in a provider for private training. Public courses suit one or two people learning the basics, while private training fits a team using AI for its own work. A2FF runs private training with or without a build, and trains the team that runs a workflow after building it.
You keep the prepared material and run records, and can export what you put in and what the workflow produced. The workflow itself runs on A2FF’s own system, Tandra or a custom build.
